By accessing our website or placing orders with Prospect Butcher Ventures LLC, doing business as Prospect Butcher Co ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

  • Orders may be placed through our website, third-party platforms, or in-store
  • All orders are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice

Pickup Policy

Pickup Times

  • Orders are prepared fresh and should be picked up at the designated time
  • Please arrive during our business hours:
    • Monday - Saturday: 11am - 7pm
    • Sunday: 11am - 6pm

Pickup Locations

  • Prospect Heights: 665 Vanderbilt Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238
  • Greenpoint: 113A Nassau Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222

Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited
  • Refunds for unclaimed orders are at our discretion

Product Information

Food Allergens

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, and shellfish
  • Please inform us of any allergies when ordering
  • We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
