  • Butcher Your Own Birds

    Roll up your sleeves and learn all the ways to cut up a chicken. Leave with two whole chickens packaged for your fridge or freezer!

  • Beef Bash: Beef Forequarter Breakdown

    After a backstage tour of our whole-animal butcher shop, our butchers will break down a forequarter of beef (the chuck and the rib section) while we illuminate where all your favorite steaks come from.

  • Make Your Own Sausage

    Grind, season, stuff, & link your own custom sausage. We’ll explain what makes our local, pasture-raised pork so special, then walk you through the process of making your own fresh coarse sausage.

  • Pork Party: Pork Break

    Pork Party: Pork Breakdown

    After a backstage tour of our whole-animal butcher shop, our butchers will break down a half pig while we illuminate where all your favorite cuts originate.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share recipes, and talk back.

All classes include a backstage tour of the shop, snacks, drinks, a coupon for your next visit, & a notebook.
